OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs experienced developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and is currently working on titles Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Programmer who is ready not only to write code but also to lead a team.
Your responsibilities will include developing C#/.NET 6+ projects, shaping architecture, managing processes, and supporting the professional growth of developers.

TASKS:

• Managing a team of developers: task assignment, progress monitoring, and workflow organization
• Developing and maintaining C#/.NET projects (6.0 and above)
• Optimizing and improving architecture, code, and development processes
• Developing and mentoring the team, supporting professional growth 
• Collaborating with clients, discussing requirements, and defining tasks
• Organizing and facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and other team events
• Solving complex technical challenges.
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
• Over 5 years of experience with C#
• Experience working with .NET 6.0 and above
• Experience leading a development team: planning, monitoring, and team growth
• Ability to efficiently organize workflows and ensure their execution
• Strong communication skills with clients, able to clearly define requirements and drive tasks to completion
• Proactive, responsible, with a desire to drive processes and develop the team.

• Knowledge of Unity/Unreal
• Experience developing REST APIs
• Experience with client-server applications
• Understanding of SOLID principles
