OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs experienced developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and is currently working on titles Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

• write scripts for: cinematic/story trailers; gameplay trailers; dev blogs; feature videos
• work closely with the video designer, brand manager, and the project marketing team
• translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging narratives while taking into account technical constraints defined by the video designer and game developer team
• develop full scripts, building dramaturgy, pacing, and narrative twists
• define key messages and emotional hooks
• participate in creative discussions during the pre-production stage

• solid understanding of how video works in a marketing context
• proven experience writing trailers or advertising videos
• strong storytelling and dramaturgy skills
• ability to bring a creative touch to assets while staying within the brief scope
• extensive gaming experience on PC or consoles, including both AA/AAA and indie titles
• Russian language skills at B2 level are necessary due to the team’s Russian-language production pipeline and internal communication
• fluent English
• portfolio with relevant work examples
