We are Owlcat Games, the creators of the computer and console games: Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, hardcore isometric RPGs. Not only do we develop games ourselves, but we also publish them, helping other talented studios create and launch "dream games" of their own. We are looking for an experienced professional who will strengthen our CM team and help us produce and promote outstanding, complex, story-rich games to the larger gaming audience and further develop our community.

TASKS:

·      Collect player feedback and transfer it over to the development and publishing teams, helping to improve the game with feedback.

·      Communicate with players on various social media platforms, support community growth, maintain a friendly atmosphere, help players solve problems, supervise moderators, write news pieces and articles, and employ proper tone in messaging.

·      Organize online events, surveys, and contests.

·      Participate in the development of content plans, taking into account the specifics of each platform and the interests of our community.

·      Participate in the development of a community management strategy, taking into account the growth of the gaming community and our projects.

·      Participate in the development of the CM department, lead the training of junior colleagues, and manage tasks.

·      Play our games and know them back to front. Delve into their lore and the development process.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Experience in a similar position for 3-4 years.

·      Interest in game development and a love of games (our core community consists of hardcore gamers and roleplayers).

·      Good knowledge of the current principal social media platforms and their features, understanding of platform algorithms.

·      Initiative and creativity (participation in discussions is always welcomed: if you have something to say, say it).

·      Keeping up to date with Internet trends.

·      Сompetent writing and an ability to work with texts.

·      English language proficiency (B2, preferably C1), as well as the ability to catch the subtleties of language and understand modern Western cultural concerns (we often work with the Western audiences, you need to know what they care and talk about, what they like and don't like).

·      The ability and desire to take on and see major tasks through to the end.

DESIRABLE QUALITIES:

·      Multiclassing.

·      Experience with statistics, SMM, and KPIs of community management and social networks.

·      Experience in running your own communities/blogs/microblogs/channels, experience moderating any communities.

·      You have played and like our games.
