OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.
We are looking for a DevRel manager who will help us become one of the top game development companies in the market.
TASKS:
· Formulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP);
· Develop an employer brand strategy based on our values and EVP;
Implement and evolve this strategy in the life of the studio, internal and external communications;
· Devise and execute special projects, hackathons, and other events in collaboration with HR and PR teams;
· Analyze key metrics and improve these indicators;
· Work with an external events: participate in negotiations with organizers; assist with creating the booth's concept and content; supervise booth staff at conferences and interact with participants;
· Prepare speakers: assist with presentations, submissions to conferences, and negotiations with program committees;
· Foster a culture of public speaking within the studio;
· Organize online and offline meetups;
· Develop internal communities.
REQUIREMENTS:
· We are looking for professionals with successful experience in building an employer brand in an IT company, preferably in game development. Experience in DevRel, TechPR, or internal communications for at least a year is required.
· You should be communicative, able to write good texts in English.
· Ability to not only handle words but also numbers (analyze data and calculate KPI).
· Think flexibly and find solutions in any situation.
· A love for games is a significant plus!
